You Don’t Need To Be Fixed

The body is ridiculously resilient and adaptable. It doesn’t have to be aligned every month when little niggles arise. We don’t need a fixer, someone with an emerging god-complex who can put us back together.

Compare the end result of a the people who went through a placebo knee operation and those who actually had their ACL fixed.

Most people’s back scans show wear and tear, even bulges that should results in pain. Yet most people live a normal pain-free life.

What we need though is a shift in our mindset. To go from “I’m broken” to “I have strength beyond strength”. To learn how to manage our stress and mental being.

Consider frozen shoulder. It almost always comes around when one’s going through a heavy period of stress.
